Sridhar Mahuli had opted for the credit card of AU Small Finance Bank and would sometimes do small transactions. A few months later, he received a call from a scammer – Implementing an AU bank employee – About a health insurance payment. The call resulted in several unauthorized payments, which distressed Mahuli.
