Despite growing awareness, barriers to recruitment and inclusion in the workplace remain due to the stigma and misunderstanding associated with both obvious and non-obvious disabilities.
We spoke to four incredible professionals who are not only living with disability but also succeeding in their respective fields. Their stories remind us why disability inclusion is a shared responsibility and why creating an inclusive workplace culture benefits everyone.
