How did we find out the truth?: We ran a keyword search on Google using the words ‘Rahul Gandhi Bharat Mata Unparliamentary’.
it took us to a youtube video impressionVerified channel on which it was uploaded 10 August 2023.
The same statement was made in the video, which read “He said this when he was asked about the words extracted from his speech in the Lok Sabha.”
We found further news reports about this statement, published the day after his speech on August 9.

Gandhi’s comments can be heard on Sansad TV’s YouTube video, which has been specially edited for when Gandhi speaks about Manipur and Mother India starting from 30:51 timestamp.
The caption of the video also said that the video was “edited after removing some of the proceedings of the House as per the orders of the Speaker.”
