Top three resolutions to restore trust in Election Commission of India

We pledge to count 100% of VVPATS to validate EVM results for all elections in 2025. We expect all the doubts and whispers of the dispute around the integrity of EVMs. We will use the bar code on VVPATS to ensure rapid and scientific calculation, so no one can object to the “inordinate delay”. We believe that the additional cost in this difficult process is the champ change compared to heavy payment, which will once earn all recurrence or ineffective after being neutralized.
We resolve to place the previous and current electoral lists for each voting booth in electronic files that are accessed by political parties without any bottlenecks. We will give them enough time to use AI algorithms to cross each record. Wherever an error or wrong entry is thrown, we will provide full access to the backup evidence used to certify that voter, whether it is the Aadhaar number or any other ID. We may have to accept that this non -equality is being misused to stop the freedom of those citizens whose fundamental rights are to be free.
We pledge to catch the accountable courts to provoke our instructions. We agreed that we are luxury in allowing bulldozers to continue the demolition despite our clear restrictions. Therefore, we will call guilty officers/politicians and take exemplary punishment including arrest. We will ensure that judges who give courageous orders to deny bail on frightening or communal grounds will bear the consequences. We admit that rigorous laws for the purpose of rigorous crimes – such as drugs or to incite terrorism or large -scale violence – are being used against activists of civil society who are branded as “urban Naxalites”, a term or category that is not defined in law.
Equally, businessmen are being charged for heinous crimes such as money laundering, while their crimes may be punishable for trusting or cheating or violations of willful defaults or taxes. We vow to stop a restriction for such an unconscious weapons of laws.
Three last, diverse resolution
We pledge that every police or police, such as the enforcement directorate and the bureau of drugs, will be done by every custodial inquiry, video-tap.
