The letter written by the accused, Kharshavardhini Ranja, also known as the early Rao, was sent to the director of income officials (DRI), stating his innocence in the current case. The five pages of the handwritten letter was sent through the prison authorities and addressed to the Additional Director DRI in Bengalur, HBR layout. The letter dated March 6 and was sent the next day.
In a letter from the early one, who was married to Jatin Hukker, she claims that she was false involved in the case. According to the early, she was detained inside the plane and arrested, not allowing her to explain her side. She claims that she was physically attacked by officials who hit her several times before the court appeared. Early mentions that she had been inflicted at least 10 to 15 beats during this time.
The letter further states that one of the officials threatened her, saying that if she did not sign the documents they prepared, they put the name and identity of his father, although he did not participate in this case. Because of the huge pressure and physical attack, the wound states that it was forced to sign 50-60 pages, as well as 40 empty pages. She emphasizes that these actions were made under duress.
Early also claims that she was denied proper food and sleep during the guardianship. She insists that she was innocent and was incorrectly attracted. According to her, there was no “Mahazar” (the official document), and was not conducted on it, and nothing was removed from its possession. Early believes that some officials in Delhi are trying to protect other passengers and make it in the process.
She demanded that no statements made during her fears, detention, and until it was made in court. Early signed a letter and provided her prisoner number (UTP), 2198/25. The letter sheds light on her claim to the cruel treatment and emphasizes her conviction that she was illegally accused.
