Indian weddings are all about fashion games, fun, food, and dresses. On top of everything, it’s the looks of the dulhania that seem to be an important task for the bride herself, along with her family members. The second task, after selecting the perfect dress for the every occasion, is to plan how to style each of the dresses. From makeup to jewels, to accessories, to shoes, to hairstyle, everything needs a blueprint.
Mehendi bride, Ankita Ajbani stuns in a gorgeous outfit for her mehendi ceremony: A Boho-coded dramatic two-piece
Well, mehendi is one of the important events of Indian weddings, and brides are experimenting with some new looks for the same event, while setting an example. The same happened with a mehendi bride whose hairstyle, we are sure, can blow your mind away. For her mehendi, Ankita Ajbani’s look was simply boho-coded. No doubt her look was unique, and it can win hearts in seconds. From the dress to the accessories to the makeup, everything was dramatic, and oh boy, she looked like an angel.
Ankita Ajbani donned a two-piece for her mehendi ceremony. The top was made of silk and was red-hued with prints. The backless bralette-styled top had a tie-up detailing at the back, while the main attraction was made in the front of the top, which had fringed detailing in red-hue, and in the hemlines there was tassel detailing, made in Parandi style, and the top was enough to bring the Bohemian touch. She teamed her dramatic top with a multi-hued skirt, which had mixed-toned box detailing filled with different prints.
Mehendi bride, Ankita Ajbani’s parandi-filled hairstyle was the key to her top-notch Boho-coded look
Well, the gorgeous dress instantly grabbed our attention, but what was to note, was her hairstyle. The bride’s look was shared by the hair stylist, Pratiksha, who was behind her gorgeous hairstyle. The bride’s hair was tied in a braid and was adorned with the opulence of parandi and hair strings in multi-hues. The parandi and the strings had mirrors, kaudi, latkans, and several tiny details that were enough to add a dramatic touch to the bride’s look. For the unversed, Parandi is donned by Punjabi kudis, and it’s a symbol of marital status. Well, the way Ankita Ajbani wore it on her mehendi occasion to finalise her Boho look, it actually turned out to be a trendsetter.

Ankita Ajbani didn’t wear heavy jewels, but her ear-cuffs are definitely worth mentioning. The ear cuffs were in gold and went perfectly with her dress. She wore two bajubands made with a golden-leafy pattern tied with red robes. She opted for a sheen touch of makeup, including soft pink-toned eye-shadow, soft lipstick, and an ample amount of highlighter and blush to finalise her look. And no doubt, she struck a chord in our hearts and how!
