On March 4, 2025, Moskan killed Saurabha, a few days after the latter returned from London to celebrate his wife’s birthdays and daughter.
Muscan allegedly planned murder since November 2024, and she manipulated Sakhil to help her kill the Saurob. Sakhil, who lost his mother, was convinced by Maskin through the fabricated Snapchat messages that his mother talked to him from the grave. Using this deception, Muscan persuaded Sakhila to kill the Saurob. She also bought soothing agents and large knives.
A few days before the murder of Saurabh, she tried to kill him while sitting him, but he just slept and did not become conscious. On the night of March 4, Muscan added Sedatova to Saurabh. Then she joined Sahila, stabbed him to death. The duo dissected the body of Sarabsky and sealed it into a blue plastic drum filled with cement and sand. Later, they sent a false messages from Saurabha’s phone to his family, pretending to go to the manoli and then returned to London.
The murder appeared when Maskin’s mother approached the police, revealing his daughter’s recognition. On interrogation, both Muscan and Sakhil confessed to the crime. The drum containing the remains of Saurabha was removed from their home.
“She (the daughter of Saurabh and Magan) can know about it, because the neighbors told us that she (Saurab and Muscan’s daughter) said that” Dad was stored in the drum “… She (her daughter) may have seen something, then she was saying so,” said the Saurrab’s mother Ani.
She also claimed that the Maskin’s family knew about the whole incident, and they consulted with the lawyer before turning to the police to tell them that their daughter had killed Saurab.
Currently, both accused are in custody. During the court’s speech on Wednesday, a group of lawyers tried to strike them and grab Sakhil’s clothes.
What’s next for Masin and Sahila?
The duo was sent to a 14-day court custody when the police resumed the crime, body and murder weapons. The defendant’s security is also concerned. Ramadit Tsigars, a defender practicing in Delhi, said the fair trial is the main right of the accused, and therefore for their security may be the likelihood that they were aimed at court care. There is no chance of a bail for the Magan and Sakhila for the next 90 days until the charge is submitted, and the investigation will continue in this shocking case of betrayal and horrific murder.
