Six -time National Award winning filmmaker, Mani ratnam A Chennai hospital is admitted, reported NDTVAccording to reports, he was admitted to the hospital after showing Kovid -19 like symptoms.
A PTI The report said that according to a source, the director was rushed to the hospital with symptoms of fever and he had a checkup, but has conducted a negative test for Kovid -19 and will be discharged on Tuesday.
Earlier, Ratnam was ready for the release of his next film, much awaited, Ponniyin Selvan.
Film stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Vikram Karthi And Sobhita dhulipalaAmong others. Mani Ratnam not only directed, but also co-written with the upcoming film with the dialogue writer B Jaymohan.
