The Royal Society of Britain has decided that the scientific academy will not take any action against a well-known member, US technology entrepreneur Elon Mushk, after friends to discuss possible disciplinary measures, British media reported on Wednesday.
The royal society, which began in 1660 and the oldest scientific academy of continuing existence, said that the meeting would discuss “around the public statements and behaviors” when thousands of scientists expressed their concerns about Musk’s membership.
Musk, who belongs to X and is a close assistant to Donald Trump, as the US President held a position in January, 2008 as cosmic travels and electric vehicles for its technological achievements.
The Guardian newspaper said that the President of the Royal Society Adrian Smith wrote the members to exclude disciplinary proceedings. The past friends of the society included Isaac Newton, Charles Darwin, Albert Einstein and Stefan Hawing.
In a statement, the royal society said that a question about his friends’ behavior was very confident.
But it added that he was the point of view of his governing council.
Almost 3,500 scientists signed an open letter that expressed frightened about what they were described as “continuous silence and obvious inactivity” to the Musk Association.
They said that Musk’s behavior, including what they said, covered the theories of conspiracy, violating the Kingdom Code, while the situation has become more serious that they have said the attack of scientific research.
Musk did not comment X, its usual place for public remarks in the letter of scientists.
